After signing in, create your buildings under "Buildings", then add checkpoints (main gate, car park, plant room… one point per door).
Go to "QR Batch" to download all QR stickers in one click, print them, and stick them on the corresponding doors / walls.
Guards scan the QR with the mobile app (or tap an NFC sticker) to complete a check-in; it works offline and syncs automatically when back online.
Receive an automatic daily patrol report: see who patrolled, when, and any missed checkpoints at a glance.
Do I need to install an app?
Guards need the WIS Patrol Android App; admins just sign in to this web console from a browser.
What if there is no network / no signal in the basement?
The app has a built-in offline queue: even with no network, scans are written to the phone local database; they sync to the cloud automatically as soon as the network returns.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan is free forever (1 site) and includes manual scanning + daily reports. Upgrade to Pro for GPS tracks / missed-patrol alerts / multi-site.
Is my data secure?
Each customer is an isolated organisation (multi-tenant) with data separation; HTTPS encryption is supported in transit.
